The client wants to highlight the property’s proximity to the beach (it’s only a block away from the boardwalk), its calm neighborhood (it’s about 10 blocks from the more active, nightlife-laden area of South Beach), and its amenities that set it apart from a regular hotel (full kitchen being a definite plus).
